The film traces the roots of Indian classical music’s journey over the centuries through an animated sequence from 2600 BC till the 20th century in India. Distributed in different segments of the film are interviews of music industry stalwarts about the current scene of classical music in India. The film features A. R. Rahman, Amjad Ali Khan, Pandit Jasraj, Birju Maharaj, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Muzaffar Ali, Vishal Bhardwaj, Shubha Mudgal, Dr. L Subramaniam, Gulzar, media personalities, instruments makers and candid interviews of the youth.

Beyond the Waves – Bangladeshi Surf Girls
Bengali Film with English Subtitles (28 mins)

The film follows Nasima, the first female surfer of Bangladesh, after her husband kicks her out of the same house that she built by selling her surfboard. The film explores the dilemma between her love for surfing and her husband. The Bangladeshi National Surfing competition becomes the big stage for her to return to the sport which she championed before.
